Tamara Haywood, 29, estimates she has a pile of plastic bags at least 6 feet tall in her kitchen pantry.
"I hate plastic bags," the Midtown resident said.
Like Haywood, many people don't like to throw away plastic bags, but have a hard time finding a use for the ones they accumulate.
