We fully planned to (finally) plant our garden on Saturday, but the rain made it impossible. However, it also provided us with the perfect excuse to enjoy the fruits of other people's labor at the Memphis Farmer's Market.
Satchel, 7, and Jiro, 5, had become accustomed to spending Saturday mornings playing games while my husband, Warren, and I slept in, so our early rising (dressing and commanding them into the car) was not met with enthusiasm. However, by the time we parked at the train station Downtown, Jiro was clamoring for granola. "Can we go see Jamie's mom (Uele Siebert of Groovy Foods) first?" he asked excitedly.
