At Tsunami, guests get cooking lesson along with dinner and wine

Whether you are a serious cook, simply enjoy watching a real chef in action, or just crave an unusual dining experience, chef/owner Ben Smith's cooking classes at Tsunami fill the bill.

The classes are held in the back kitchen of his popular Midtown restaurant and include written recipes, a detailed demonstration of how to prepare each dish, a three-course meal, wine pairings from the Grateful Palate distributors, and Smith's laid-back and festive approach.
