"I rely on running to feel good," says Natalie Isaac, who has been running for 30 years. "It's one of the few exercise routines that you can do anywhere."
However, during the 2008 St. Jude Memphis Marathon, Isaac's legs hurt so much that, for the first time, she felt like running wasn't fun. "I don't want to do this anymore," she told herself.
